The warranty applies to installed (processed) building materials if the installation instructions of the manufacturer are observed. If necessary, these installation instructions can always be requested via info@vandix.be. All our products are in accordance with Belgian and European laws and regulations.

The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated based on your shopping cart. Below an indication of the shipping costs:

Postal package: € 7 incl. VAT (max 30kg and max 400x400x400cm / package) Pallet shipping:

No. Only a registered contractor can invoice goods he places at 6%. Goods purchased by private individuals must always be invoiced at 21%. If you are a registered contractor, please contact us by email or phone.

Have you accidentally ordered the wrong product or bought too much, or you do not wish to purchase the product for whatever reason, you can send an email to info@vandix.be within 14 days after purchase, stating from :

• Invoice number
• Products you wish to return
• When these products need to be collected (at least 3 working days after notification of the return)

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours (on working days). Only goods in undamaged packaging will be taken back. The costs of the return transport will be communicated to you in the confirmation email. Only when you agree with these costs, the return will be taken care of by us. We will collect these goods back on a weekday of your choice. After checking in our warehouse, the value of the goods will be refunded, deducted from the return costs. You can expect the amount on your account 1 week after collection of the goods.

We only ship goods to an address in Belgium. Deliveries of parcels are made to the front door. Deliveries by truck are only made on roads suitable for heavy transport. The goods are unloaded next to the truck on the ground floor and are not carried in. You do not have to be present at the delivery, but this is recommended.

We treat your orders with the utmost care. Both large and small packages of building materials must be delivered to you in a correct and professional manner. In the exceptional case, if something goes wrong with the delivery, or if the product is not in accordance with your order, you should contact info@vandix.be in writing. You will receive an answer from us within 24 hours on working days, whereby we will try to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Your personal data will be kept confidential. These are only used to process your order. If you would like to see or change your personal details, simply go to 'my account', where you can change all your personal settings. here you can find our comprehensive privacy policy.

The prices of the products on our webshop are always inclusive of 21% VAT but exclusive of transport costs. The prices of the products can change daily. Promotional campaigns are clearly marked.

If the desired product is in stock, we can deliver it within 3 working days from the day of the online payment. At the checkout you can specify the desired delivery day. If the product is not available in stock, we will contact you to discuss the delivery period.
